I hereby verify that I understand there is a risk of infection with a tattoo procedure and that all after-care recommendations must be followed to minimize the risks. I am aware that different skin types take inks and colors differently, that all tattoos fade over time, and that touch up procedures may be necessary to achieve the desired results. I understand that I am obligated to notify my The Hair Simulation Company artist at the first sign of irritation or allergic reaction. I also understand that this is a non-refundable procedure. I understand this requires at least 2 sessions. The first session we apply a base and the additional session we add texture so it looks like natural stubble. This is a tattoo and you may need to wear a hat during healing process. It is essential that you are committed to both sessions or the results may be spotty or unnatural if process is not complete. Tattoo can fade over time and if client experiences additional hair loss the areas with new hair loss should be filled into blend. If client decides to shave the head completely the tattoo should be blended in and a touchup should be scheduled. Depending on how well you take care of your scalp the tattoo may fade and an additional retouch may be needed within the first 5 Years. If you go gray you can color your hair or cut it lower to hide the gray.
